Statement of Purpose
Our mission has two parts. First is seeing young adults unlock God's purpose for their lives while doing what they love.
The second involves helping those less fortunate than ourselves.
[Why we do what we do]
Description
We are providing a guide service in two ways. Both physically and spiritually. Physically we escort the surfers through Central America to the best possible waves, locations and attractions . Spiritually we guide the surfers in their walk with God. The journey provides a chance to look into their God given talents, academic skills, hopes, dreams and ambitions. With out the over whelming distractions experienced in the States we're able to experience Christ work in our lives.
It is the concept of Surfers who want to blend their love for surfing with their love for people. In the past we have taken 2 days out of each trip to help a local family. We do the work according to needs, so far we have done concrete floors, provided shoes, clothing, food, medicine, and hope. The other 8 days consist of adventure, incredible surf, fellowship and fun.

Operating procedures
We will provide a clean, safe living environment for the surfers. However, we do not promise to provide the comforts of living in America. The participants will receive, a mat to sleep on, a secure area for valuables, one square meal at dinner, sufficient transportation, and the opportunity to minister in the local communities. We do not plan to pamper our guest. Participants will be responsible in part to clean up after themselves and live without A/C through the day.
Personnel
We will start with two local employees. The ministry house will be staffed with one maid/cook from Las Salinas and one paid worker for maintenance. All other staff will be consist of Volunteers through a process of application . They will not be responsible for lodging fees.
Capital Equipment and supply list.
To get the program started we will begin building the Ministry house located in Las Salinas, Nicaragua. We will purchase a 4WD vehicle and an ATV. The house will require five A/C units, 16 beds, two ovens, washer, dryer, and an small wind generator mounted on the roof.
