1) What is Surfing With a Purpose?
It is the concept of Surfers who want to blend their love for surfing with their love for people. In the past we have taken 2 days out of each trip to help a local family. We do work according to needs, so far we have done concrete floors, provided shoes, clothing, food, medicine, and hope. The other 8 days consist of adventure, incredible surf, fellowship and fun.

3) How much does it cost?
It was a little sad to leave Antigua and all of our new friends in Guatemalan. The little cobblestone city of Antigua grows on you with its rich culture, friendly people and incredible bakeries. I would recommend visiting Guatemala to anyone and everyone. During our stay we attended the Christian Spanish Academy and stayed with a local family. Check out http://www.learncsa.com/ if you’re interested.
On May 19th Craig Watson and I boarded the bus once again and started our journey back south. The bus ride from Guatemala to Nicaragua passes through El Salvador and Honduras. Since the bus ride last three days, so we decided to stay a few nights in La Libertad, El Salvador to surf the famous right hand point breaks. I won't get into it, but El Salvador is definitely the Wild West. Just stay in your room after dark and if you've never previously prayed to God for protection... it's a great place to begin exercising your faith. If you’re really not into prayer then I would suggest a hand gun and an armed Guard.
On May 22nd (my birthday), we returned to Nicaragua to continue in our mission work and prepare for another team to arrive from Florida. I've begun growing tomatoes and watermelons as the second stage of the Agua Viva well project. The 3rd stage will begin soon as we construct screen rooms for the vegetables and pipe water to the families.
Thank you ALL for your support,
Blessings,
Danny Cruden
Ministry Gifts
A minister is someone who uses their gifts to build the kingdom (meet the needs of others)
1) We are here for a purpose.
-Since we have a purpose we have a call (a task to accomplish).
-Our passion is linked with our call
What’s in your heart?
From our call we have gifts that serve our purpose
A good leader identifies three things
A. the vision
B. core values
C. the culture
[To be an intelligent Visionary leader, don’t assume anything.
You need to establish clear vision, clear values, and desired culture]
Vision:
2 Tim 2:2
You have been caught up into a war.
It is unfolding all around you. The enemy wants you to believe you do not play a key role. However, a task has been appointed to you and if you don’t complete it no one will.
